Lovely teachers, much more than just a yoga class. Real sense of community and a focus on overall wellbeing. I’ve been to the pregnancy yoga classes and the mother and baby nurture classes. Would highly recommend

Attended antenatal yoga quite regularly and often on a Sunday with Charmaine. The yoga has been great for pregnancy but especially birthing prep. Charmaine is a birth doula and yoga teacher, which has been a great combo.
Be aware you need to use your sessions pretty much in consecutive weeks (depends how many you buy in a block) so you might have to plan when you buy...bit you have the flexibility of all threw classes across the week..
Highly recommend.

Excellent pregnancy yoga classes, I have learnt so much about breathing techniques, positions and movements that can help during pregnancy and yoga. Lovely atmosphere created by the teachers who all share excellent knowledge. Really easy to book sessions on the mind and body website. Would definitely recomend this course.

The classes I have attended are Mixed Ability Hatha Yoga Class at 9.30am on Mondays and the Anusara Influenced Gentle Flow Yoga Class on Mondays at 6.15pm. Both Veronica and Rozy are experienced, supportive and friendly class leaders and I have felt tons better for having gone along. It’s a lovely setting and definitely recommended 😊

I've been going to Rozy's gentle yoga class for years now and can't recommend it highly enough. It is always fun, relaxing yet energising at the same time and thought provoking. It's a great way to start the week.

Wonderful, lovely teachers. Small friendly groups. All equipment provided. Classes are about Yoga as a therapy and the connection of the mind and body rather than just fitness and getting into certain postures!

I've been attending Injoy-Yoga classes regularly, since I was pregnant with my son (who is about to turn 7). I found the support during pregnancy and post- natally to be outstanding, and my regular Monday night class has been an important source of inspiration in my life. Not only that, it's always good fun!

Medicine for your body and soul!
The advanced yoga class is challenging physically AND helps your soul find balance and peace. I love the fact that Rozy always describes the postures as we do them so we can ensure we’re doing the right thing and get the most out of the exercise. During the meditation, you get a chance to understand how you’re feeling and restore your balance. This class has become one of the pillars of my week and has opened my mind to new ways to listen to and understand myself.
The baby yoga class strengthens your bond with your baby as you learn to understand your baby

Veronica on Monday mornings in St Augustine’s is a fabulous teacher with a very soothing style. Her teaching techniques are excellent with lots of variety, yet continuity too. I really enjoy the class and the other lovely people who attend.

There is so much choice when it comes to where you practice your yoga and who you choose to guide it. I’ve practiced with many teachers and some leave a bigger mark than others.
Rozy Kalliabetsos at InJoy Yoga undoubtedly resonates the strongest with me. Her philosophy on yoga, focussing on alignment and restorative, is different to the “what pose can I get in to” of some teachers. There is a genuine sense of peace, safety and inner calm generated by Rozy. Her classes focus on helping you develop an understanding of yourself and equip you with the yogic tools (breathing, meditation and movement

Rozy was my first yoga teacher many moons ago and introduced me to the joys of yoga. i have always loved her energy and comitment to her classes and students. due to life changes etc i drifted away from yoga, doing some home practice here and there and trying other classes. Both my daugters became interested in yoga but didnt seem to be getting the full benefit i had expereinced when starting my yoga journey. i reconnected again with Injoy yoga and all 3 of us have been to classes these past few months and loving it. Rozy and her team of instructors offer great classes for all levels of your yoga
