Two highly qualified professionals providing classes and treatments The Wise Body - Yoga and body work based in Kent, helping you achieve a holistic approach to promote health and wellbeing. Yoga gently rejuvenates the body and by restoring the body, yoga frees the mind from the negative feelings and stress caused by the fast pace of modern life.

A more challenging class, with a strong flow this class will help to build your strength, stamina and reduce stress and tension. Includes inversions, pranayama and deep relaxation techniques. You will need to download the Zoom app onto your laptop, smartphone or iPhone/ iPad. You will then be sent a link to the class via your email.
All Face to face classes are temporarily suspended. Lina is offering live group classes and now workshops via Zoom (like Skype). It is important to keep your body moving during this time, so live classes will help you to keep to your regular routine without leaving the house. Many of the "niggles" and restrictions that we feel in the body do not come from the muscle itself, but rather from the connective tissue which surrounds and supports it.
