Just had my eBike serviced by the lovely team at Saddle Safari and thought I should post a review as they simply are a brilliant team. Have bought all our family bikes from them over the years and would t go anywhere else. Your knowledge of all things cycling is just brilliant. Being local makes life easy too. Just don’t go anywhere else!

I wanted to buy an eBike at a place where I would receive good, professional informed advice, and where I could return to for servicing the bike and general advice in the future. Saddle Safari are absolutely brilliant. I could not have asked for better customer service. Saddle Safari - and their staff - is seriously fantastic!

Enthusiastic and really helpful staff. The high standard of service and quality products on offer at Saddle Safari has been consistent since I purchased my first mountain bike 15 years ago to when I recently upgraded!

DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE A CHEAP BIKE
I was gifted a bike to just get me from point A to point B so I am fairly new to bike riding. My tire get flat and I went there to try to repair it. I went there on a Saturday at 10am and they told me to let my bike there and that they would ring me in a couple of hours. Well, I can make plan for the afternoon then. I waited till 12pm, nothing! at 2 ... still nothing. At 4, I went there myself. They let me know that my bike has many other problems and they are unwilling to repair the tire without repairing everything. Well, I have no knowledge about bike

Was really impressed of my overall experience.
Staff helped by offering different models at different price ranges which made it easy to see what components came on each bike. I would not hesitate in recommending saddle safari to anyone!!!

It is now 8 weeks on since I bought my Trek FX Sport 5 from Saddle Safari and I would recommend this bike and this dealer to anyone. The service from the sales advisors was excellent. I shall be contacting SS in the coming weeks for the bike's 3 months' service and first check over.

Your service is totally customer focused and is clearly about ensuring they are matched up with the right product for them at the right price. Considering the general issues with stock shortages there is a good selection of models to choose from across the price range. Being able to pick the bike up the day after ordering, having assembled it overnight, is a major plus. Thanks to Matt and the rest of the crew.

This is the second purchase today from Saddle Safari, another TREK mountain bike. They are not only decent guys, polite, courteous, friendly, but they know their stuff when it comes to selling and repairing, modifying and upgrading bikes. I would always go to them as my first choice, without hesitation.

The bike mechanic was rude i took a bmx race bike and before evening explaining the problem he didnt want to touch it! Told me take it back to where I got it from. It is a custom built bike and only needed the back hub looked at to see if it needed a service. Won't be going back! Don't appreciate being spoken down to

Love these guys. Niggling squeaking from the bottom bracket fixed even though it was just a drop in job. Thanks 👍

I've visited 3 times looking to purchase an ICE trike. Left my email and telephone number on each occasion, never had a call or follow up. Will look for a shop that can provide the level of service expected.

I purchased a Trek electric mountain bike last year and after riding many hundreds of miles found the SRAM 1x8 gears that were on my model had a large gap and I was always wanting an in between gear that just wasn’t there. I decided to upgrade the gear set which I thought would be simple but is not as simple as I thought. I went in for a chat and… this is where Saddle Safari excels. Mike spent about 45 minutes discussing the options and costs. I ended up with a new higher quality hub and spokes with Mike rebuilding the rear wheel and a completely new drivetrain all for a reasonable

5 stars I purchased a new bike this week from Saddle Safari. A great Customer Experience from start to finish. No pushy sales techniques. Just great friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. I will return for any future bike related purchases. A great local business.
