Put a broken part of my bike in for repair as still under warranty, 3 weeks later still no communication from Road Room.popped in to check progress and apparently the warranty claim has been accepted by the manufacturer but they couldn’t/ wouldn’t give me any more information as it’s between them and the manufacturer. They can’t supply spare part or bike for me to use. Spend a couple of thousand on a bike and no support when anything goes wrong. Poor customer care and no communication whatsoever. Will not be using this store again

I recently bought a Trek Crockett, last year's model but got a massive discount. At the same time took my Emonda S4 in for a long overdue service. I have to say the level of customer service I received was second to none, the personal touch of a specialist store such as this is what will keep me returning for more bikes! Both of mine have now done a couple of 100 miles each since and are running perfectly, thanks again!
