Bianchi is the most historic and prestigious brand of bicycles. Our heritage, over 130 years strong, started in Milan in 1885 with Edoardo Bianchi, cannot be equalled in the cycling world. Our positioning embodies the best of what Italy can offer to the world: a commitment to build products as artisans "a regola d'arte", as well as distinguishing design, style and taste.
Frog bikes are designed with children at the centre, every detail instilling confidence from Day 1. All of our bikes are unisex making the perfect riding companion for Girls and Boys alike, with a wide range of colours to choose from. Cannondale Synapse Neo 1 - A electric road bike, with the power, range and comfort to open the roads for everyone. With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you - it often never even hits the stock room shelves! With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

Was greeted very poorly on arrival. Felt very awkward so I left the store.
As an update. They also sell E-scooters which I feel is disgusting. I’m sure, as we all do, know that they won’t be used on private roads!!

Brilliant service. They fitted my disc brakes which another bike shop had been unable to fit correctly. They saw immediately what the problem was and put it right. My husband went for a bike fit there a while ago and was also very impressed with their service. Definitely my go-to bike shop!

Outstanding service and really friendly staff. I knew the bike I wanted and bought it over the phone. James then worked really hard to get the parts I needed to have the bike ready for collection. I travelled over 100 miles (200miles round trip) to collect the bike. The bike was immaculate, built perfectly and set up to my specification. James is a perfectionist and this shows in my bike. I found these guys by accident as they were the only shop that had the bike I needed. However, I'm so glad I found them. I will definitely be buying my next bike from this shop and using them for servicing, regardless

After they had taken my money they were not really interested in the problems I had with the bike. The bike had problems with the rear hub after about 3 months, didn't offer to replace repaired instead and the same problem returned, was told spare part ordered never heard again from them about the spare part. Overall just not a great or particularly good experience.

Being new to this area I looked up my local 'Giant' supplier and this shop came up. I only needed something small, I snapped one of the bolts in the seat tube clamp on a friday afternoon so I popped to the shop that evening as I was keen to use the bike over the weekend. Being A 'D-fuse' style clamp they're harder to source with a long waiting time. One of the helpful guys in the shop kindly showed me how to get the remainder of the snapped bolt out and supplied me with a new hex bolt for just pennies instead of just selling me a more expensive part (of which I would of paid for happily). I will

Picked up my new bike today, very good price and was set up perfectly. Simple and easy transaction with friendly and knowledgeable staff, also Chris is a expert bike mechanic who I have known for many years and has worked on my previous bikes. I would definitely recomend this shop.

The staff are genuine, friendly and very knowledgeable. Based on the lady I spoke to, and what I have read here, the staff are also cycling enthusiasts themselves. You couldn't ask for better credentials in your local bike shop. Additionally, the staff are very well-informed so as to help the customer choose the best product(s) for their own personal and specific requirements.
10/10 would highly recommend, on the strength of the customer experience alone.

All the staff at Pedal Works were really helpful, particularly Brian who helped me get exactly the right size and fit bike for me. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
