We love our bespoke studio and know you will too! We've transformed a 1970s warehouse into a haven of peace and communal goodwill. As well as the structural form, it's amazing how yoga is seeping into the walls and floor, creating a truly ideal space for practise. This is your yoga home!

For online classes you can book up to 15 minutes in advance of the class time and will be sent a Zoom link. If you can't make the time we will send you a recording. Yoga offers a secure, progressive and meaningful way of remaining in good physical and mental shape. Especially in these stressful times and when other activities are restricted, yoga will help you to retain a perspective that is at once healthy, grounded and calm.
Regular Yoga practice has been proven to have a multitude of benefits, not limited to the physical ones of increased strength, flexibility and health. It teaches tools that help us rediscover the integration of the body and the mind, and ultimately leads the practitioner towards spiritual wisdom. Iyengar yoga classes can be hard work; at Hereford Yoga Centre you will be expected to explore the limits of your ability.
Have you ever learned a musical instrument, or do you know someone who has? There is an expectation that to progress and to make the most of your lessons there will be a certain amount of practice at home during the week. In this way, technique is embedded and musicality can flourish. It is the same with yoga.
Q: Do I need to be flexible to do yoga? A: No. Yoga will improve your flexibility, but everyone works to improve at their own level. You might be surprised to find that you're flexible in directions that you didn't even know about! Q: Can I do yoga with a bad back/knees/neck? A: Yes, yes, yes. Yoga can greatly help to improve complaints of this kind.
