A opportunity for individuals, pairs and small groups to receive specific one to one guidance to develop your practice. Spacious adventures in magical woodlands, day retreats to nourish, unwind and heal in nature.

Yoga teacher Alexandra Jones teaches Yoga that's accessible to all. The Yoga classes are taught are suitable for all ages and abilities from beginners to advanced using the Scaravelli Yoga technique.

Alexandra began practising yoga in 1999. She soon discovered the life enhancing benefits that yoga provides. Alexandra gained so much from yoga, that she decided to change career and train as a Yoga Teacher, so that she could introduce others to the benefits of yoga. In 2003, Alexandra joined Rosamund Jordan's and Marilyn Freedman's yoga course at Morley College, London, where she qualified as a Yoga Teacher.

If you require me to delete your data (which is basically your email address and phone number if you provided one) I am happy to oblige, please send me an email asking for this and I shall make it so and then confirm this with you.
Alexandra's style of yoga aims to work with you, discovering where your body wants to move to, unfolding, rather than forcing the body into positions which are too challenging. This style is still able to develop those looking for a challenge. All classes offer safe development in a safe place. Classes are designed to suit the individual, they are accessible and attainable for all.
Below is where information on up and coming retreats will appear. If none seem imminent please contact Alexandra for details on events that are being planned etc. You are invited to join us on a nurturing and healing weekend, to embark on a series of experiences designed to take you on a journey, towards a clearer and rejuvenated state of being.
Q. Do I need to bring anything else? A. If you have a blanket, block, bolster and belt please bring, otherwise they are available for use. What happens if I miss a class or go on holiday etc? A token system is offered so if you miss your regular class you can make it up during the week by attending any of the other sessions.

Alix's classes are like no other yoga class I have been to before, in the most amazing way! You can guarantee, that no matter how you are feeling before you attend Alix's class, you will be welcomed with such a warm, inviting and non-judgmental presence from Alix, and will come out feeling like she has somehow touched your soul in such a deep way. My body always feels so open, stretched, and relaxed after class, and the peace I feel in my mind is quite profound. This class really is open / suitable to everyone and every-body, no matter if you are a beginner or have been practising yoga for years

Alix's classes are relaxing and meditative, but also go deep into the body in mental and physical modes, to allow you to develop increased awareness of many parts of your body in new ways. You come out of classes feeling refreshed, but also feeling that you have given your body some really good care and attention. The classes are a joy to go to, as you really feel part of a community which supports each other. I have been to Alix's classes for many years and it has led to a better understanding of and respect for my own body.

So happy to of found Alix and her teaching classes. She is very knowledgable and skilled at both yoga and meditation. I love both these aspects of her teaching and she holds the space so beautifully for everyone. I feel so relaxed and clear after a class. Even if you haven't done any yoga before Alix will guide you gently and expertly. She has so much experience of teaching i feel very lucky to have found her! Would wholeheartedly recommend *****

I have been doing yoga with Alix for over a decade and cannot praise the classes enough. If you’re looking for a yoga meditation class which is mentally calming with a gentle physical focus I recommend Alix wholeheartedly.

Alix is a knowledgeable teacher with a beautiful manner. The classes have a deep long lasting effect, not just physcial but a mental health benefit too. The setting is stunning, overlooking the hills, which all adds to a wonderful experience.

I love Alix' yoga group. It is soft and gentle and really really stretchy 🥰 We get to lie down a lot and stretch like I've never stretched before. Alix is wonderfully calming and has such a lovely nature. The style of yoga that Alix teaches is really good for women in menopause too due to it's relaxing nature. Thank you Alix for providing this wonderful class ❤

I have been attending Alix’s yoga classes for over a year now. I can honestly say it has not only improved my flexibility and all round fitness but I come out of my weekly class feeling recharged, mentally calm and uplifted! Alix is the most wonderful, caring and intuitive teacher, she puts so much in to our weekly classes – I absolutely love it!

Alix truly is the most amazing teacher. Since I've been going to Alex's class, I've noticed a massive difference in both my wellbeing and flexibility. I've been going to Alix's yoga classes for several years and I absolutely love and value them. Alix has a gift for tuning in to what your body needs and the 90 minutes of calm and movement every week has become essential to my life! Whatever is going on, the class grounds, calms and refreshes you. Alix's approach is very intuitive, caring and warm. I feel extremely lucky to have found her.

I have just started going to Alix's yoga classes - having been to other classes in the past, it is obvious that Alix is a very skilled teacher, and her style of yoga is very deep and relaxing on all levels.
