What is great about this practice? The easy and fast appointment system. Difficult these days to see a GP so I went to Oakley and what a difference. The staff were so friendly. Got to see Dr Eccleston very quickly and he provided a thorough consultation listening carefully to my story and he was able to explain things very clearly. I will certainly be coming here for my health in future. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I have nothing but praise for Dr Eccleston. I went to see him and was impressed with the way he listened to me and was so kind and caring and thorough in his approach to me.
From making the appointment which was handled in a friendly but professional manner by the Receptionist to entering the surgery I was made to feel at ease.
I have given five stars but would have given more if this had been possible!.

The Oakley Partnership have provided a professional, efficient and thorough occupational health service to the School of Health and Social Care at Staffordshire University. It has been a pleasure working with both the health professionals and the administrative team at The Oakley Partnership. Thank you to everyone but particularly Ian Spare and Hannah.

The team were kind, professional and knowledgeable during a recent trip for my daughters vaccination. My daughter didn’t seem to feel a thing and was well distracted by the lovely nursing and reception staff.
They also went above and beyond when I experienced some car troubles. I could not recommend this surgery enough.
Thanks again.

I went to get hep a vaccines for my children, when we got there i was surprised to see thet had got us down for differnet injections then the ones i booked appontmnt for, the recepsionists looked very confused and got me a bit worried as to do they even know what they are doing?, i just hope they did put the right injections as they refused to give me a reciept at the end which i did not understand why? As i should have got a reciept as i paid for the injections, so i will not be using them again and would advise everyone to be careful when you go there, i just wish i had not gone there . I did

Had meningitis B Jabs for my two daughters. The nurses were lovely but the receptionists and front of house staff could do with working on their people skills! They barely looked up from their desks both times I've been in and certainly make no attempt at conversation. They did the job fine but were unfriendly unfortunately.

Having seen the devastating effects of Meningitis B , I decided I wanted to protect my children against this dreadful disease. This is currently not available on the NHS so after searching on the internet I came across The Oakley Partnership. I was able to book them in and get them vaccinated very quickly and now have the peace of mind that even though this disease is on the increase my children are protected. Dr Eccleston was superb, as were his staff, well informed and welcoming . I would not hesitate to use the practice again and I urge other parents to consider this as an option.
