Services
We are a welcoming family-run company, that are here to help during this difficult period. Our funeral directors have been helping people to say goodbye for 4 generations and can make all the necessary arrangements. Talking to us about your expectations and your loved one's wishes are paramount to our relationship.
When you contact us to advise us that someone has passed away, we will ask you for some details about the deceased as well as advise you about what the next steps will be. This may include arranging collection of the deceased, if necessary. At this point, you may wish to discuss burial or cremation with family members or executors.
Before the deceased can be transferred to our funeral home in Malvern, their GP will need to be notified. Once the cause of death has been established, F.W. Spilsbury can then arrange transport. The medical certificate will only be issued by their GP if the cause of death is clear and the GP has been treating the deceased in the last 14 days.
