We are the largest transport refrigeration repair company independently based in Scotland. We specialise in the repair and maintenance of refrigeration units primarily fixed to commercial vehicles. We were recently awarded PACE service partner of the year 2015.
Launched in 2008, PACE measures the performance of Carrier Transicold's network service partners against 26 rigorous key performance indicators (KPIs) spanning 40 individual service standards.KPIs are monitored in real-time via unique web management software and include planned maintenance completion rates, breakdown response times, first time fixes and spare parts availability.

All our transport refrigeration service personnel are factory trained and fully F-gas compliant qualified to C&G 2079 class one level as required by law.

At James Hogg Transport Refrigeration, all our transport refrigeration service personnel are factory trained and fully F-Gas compliant qualified to C&G 2079 class one level as required by law.
This means that operators of transport refrigeration equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-Gas) above a certain level must now have annual leak checks performed on all their equipment and record keeping must be in place and held for 5 years both with the equipment owner and the company carrying out the repair.
