The Arco Baleno is our flagship model, bring your cafe to life by adding theatre into the process of making ice cream. Your customers will feel part of the process as they watch traditional ice cream being made before their eyes. With the press of one button, the 110l & 220l Edo-tronic machines will allow you carry out the full pasteurising process.
Located in Glasgow's West End, The University Cafe is a Glasgow institution and a favourite with generations of families who travel or miles for their delicious ice cream. Timoney's sell their fantastic and very popular ice cream from their cafes in Newry and Warrenpoint as well as their unique vintage van.
If you are looking to make your own ice cream we would love to hear from you. Been dealing with the Edoni family for the last 13 years, Carlo snr, Michael, Carlo and Ricardo were very helpful when we were starting our business. They gave us great advice and talked us through our options at their factory in Glasgow. It’s quite simple what these guys don’t know about ice cream and the machines that make it ain’t worth knowing. because they build the machines from scratch there is no problem they can not solve.
We have just purchased our third machine and the build quality is second to none, these guys years of experience shows in every machine they make.

Italian Family run since 1937, an absolute pleasure to deal with Riccardo and Carlo (third generation), not to forget Michael. Edoni are the only UK manufacture for this type of Equipment, so when I had a minor issue with our machine, they travelled all the way from Glasgow to Blackpool the following day, problem solved free of charge (under warranty). No waiting for parts from Italy as with other manufactures.
