To enable a quick response to your spares request please obtain the following information which will be required during submition of your enquiry.
Our aim is to attended refrigeration repair and service calls on a same day next day basis to reduce down time. This may vary dependant on very busy spells, distance and weather conditions and will be advised of at time of booking. Commercial out of hours rates apply after 5 pm weekdays Mon/Fri 1.5 x call rate till 00:00 hrs after 00:00 & Sat/Sun public holidays 2 x call rate labour rate same as day rate 24/7.

Alan repaired the fridge of Samsung fridge freezer very quickly and even advised us on how to fix our cooker hood extractor, all while being ‘supervised’ by a mini dachshund! A very good value and efficient service delivered by a lovely man. Would definitely recommend Alan and AMC for repairs to white goods and also for entertaining (maybe distracting?) wee dogs!

Two days before Christmas we woke to find the temperature of our extremely full freezer was higher than the fridge!! Not believing I would be able to get hold of an engineer, I tried AMC and a very polite and helpful lady said don't worry, I'll get Alan to phone you in ten minutes. Alan duly phoned and was at our door within the hour and an hour later he left with our freezer repaired and Christmas dinner saved. I cannot thank him enough, great service and great value, Happy Christmas to all at AMC Refrigeration Services.

Alan attended today to assess and hopefully repair the fault with my fridge freezer. Unfortunately the appliance was beyond repair due to the nature of the fault. He explained what the fault was and why it couldn’t be repaired. Alan was friendly, helpful and professional. I’d recommend this company to anyone.
