Called Ian to come look at my fridge, no answer, got a text from him an hour later asking what the job was I explained the issue all via text as he would not answer the phone. He said he's fully booked for the next day and then when I asked him for a morning appointment, a day later I received a very blunt reply that he doesn't work on timed jobs and it would be an all day appointment!! Like I've not got a job or a life!! Useless totally unprofessional!! Like the last reviewer said save your hard earned money go elsewhere!!

Called this company to have our fridge freezer looked at, was given a fixed price of £80 callout which we agreed happily. Engineer called Ian came out who is the owner, 10 minutes later told us we need a controller and left. A few hours later we were quoted £172 for the part which we felt was quite expensive, after searching online we gathered it was £99 from the manufacturer. Whilst this company tells you they dont charge you for fitting, they rob you of £80 for coming out to be told what part you need and when you try and contact them later they do not respond to any calls messages as if
