Emma is an experienced RVN who joined us in 2020, but it already seems like she's been with us forever (in a good way!). Calm in a crisis and always able to brighten our day with her unique outlook and questionable dance moves. Emma shares her life with a cat named Desmond, plus a small sized human and a fully grown one.
Since joining the team, vet Joanna has bought with her enthusiasm and a fresh approach. She has an understandable passion for all things feline and enjoys every aspect of veterinary life. In her spare time, Joanna can either be found studying, walking, or trying to befriend reluctant horses. Karen has many years of experience working in a veterinary charity in Brighton and we feel fortunate to have her smile around the practice.

Services
The building is modern and fully air-conditioned providing a lovely calm, comfortable environment for visitors, patients and staff. The consulting rooms are designed so that cats can wander freely since we find this helps them to relax. The recovery ward is arranged so that patients are under constant observation while being warm and feeling secure, out of the sight of other animals.

I have taken my 2 cats here for the last 5 years. They have done some minor things as part of their annual check up that my previous vet charged for. So I see them as fair and caring. They do not go overboard with treatments. Very friendly and skilled vets. Easy parking outside . Just cats and rabbits .

Martin is such a nice person, really funny and has all the time in the world for you. He really puts you at ease. He's so knowledgeable too, and even if he doesn't know something he'll tell you so! He isn't the type to just get you to do surgery etc if it's not necessary, which is something I've found at a lot of other vets, they love adding things on to your bill! Definitely not the case at top cat! I wish I lived closer, I made a long journey to see Martin and I'm glad I did.

This is in essence, the best vets I have ever used, not least because they specialise in cats. The reception staff/nurses are efficient, friendly, helpful and attentive. The vets are exceptional; they explain all the options, they are mindful and open about costs and they are caring and understanding
