Our vets and nurses are here to advise you on all aspects of care from puppy and kitten care, through to geriatric care of your elderly pets. Advice on vaccinations, parasite control, neutering and travel are all available during your consultation. Laparoscopic surgery (Key-Hole surgery) has revolutionised patient recovery, and all our vets are trained to perform laparoscopic procedures.

We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!

Prices Report

To book an appointment, please book online, or telephone reception. All surgical procedures should be booked by telephone, so we can issue pre-operative instructions. These consultation prices exclude the prices of any treatments or medications administered. An estimate of the costs of your treatment is available on request from your veterinary surgeon.

Vacancies Report

We are looking for a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team. The position is full time, with weekends and out of hours duties equally shared. Cliffe Veterinary Group is a large mixed practice with dedicated small animal, farm & equine departments. As part of the small animal team you will be based at Lewes, and our surgeries at Ringmer & Woodingdean.

When I first called regarding my dog being in labour at 3am I got the feeling the vet just didnt want to get out of bed.
Got told to try and hang on until 8.30am when they open.
When I run at 7am and said she needs to come in she arranged to be there within half an hour.
From that moment I cant fault the team at all, I have rung twice put of hours worried and always been answered and not been charged.
I would most definitely use them again, I got 6 healthy puppies when I was only expecting 5 and a healthy mumma what more could I want.

Always involve you in any treatment, understanding funds for many owners may be limited and will opt for the lower cost/ testing etc first, equally will always advise you of possible costs before proceeding.
All staff are friendly and genuinely caring for animals big and small most importantly they listen

These guys are amazing. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the veterinary nurses will do anything for your pets and are extremely knowledable. Hands down the best surgery I've used with my 2 cats.
