Found the staff to be very friendly polite and helpful. Room was nice and the bed so comfortable. The 3 course meal we had we could not fault the food was hot and well presented and tasted superb and was just the right amount. The hotel it's self was well maintained and clean throughout. I would certainly recommend Barnham Broom to family and friends and would stay there again

We enjoyed a lovely chocolate themed afternoon tea here last sunday for a special 60th birthday.
The young lady who attended to us was absolutely wonderful unfortunately I cant remember her name. Dark hair is as much as I can remember.
We had a mix up with the order but was very quickly sorted.
All staff that served us were brilliant a credit to your company.

I’ve visited Barnham Broom twice recently - the greatest showman event and an overnight stay and then works Xmas lunch on a separate occasion. I have to say I was more than impressed on both occasions. The food was excellent, room lovely, event brilliant. I especially appreciated all the marvellous members of staff - so professional, helpful, pleasant. A really excellent time was had by all in a spacious and safe environment

My son and wife had their wedding here yesterday. I can’t say enough how absolutely beautiful it was. The location, festive decor and lights were absolutely stunning. Absolutely amazing and friendly staff all… round, the toastmaster was perfect! The food was above and beyond, I can’t thank everyone enough for all the hard work! An absolute amazing team that knows how to make things special. Thank you all again so much, you made a special day magical x

We arrived on a Friday evening, looking forward to our night away, sadly no hot water on our arrival, then when we informed reception staff they said “ it’s a shame you didn’t tell us before you got in the shower “ not the response we expected after spend £120 a night. Subsequently my partner had to wash her hair in cold water. Not a good start to our night away, reception said they would send someone to have a look, prior to heading back to our room after attending a party night I asked at reception if the issue had been resolved, the manager told me that there was no issue and just turn

Nice location and great, friendly staff. Be aware this in not very suitable for wheelchair users especially independent wheelchair users. You can’t get into the sports bar and the disabled toilet is too small to manoeuvre your chair. No painted disabled bays so had to get the car moved to get access. Not great.

We had an excellent time would definitely recommend it here. We went for friends birthdays. Lovely staff and facilities. We went to the Christmas party. Lovely food drinks went down lovely. Hotel room was very nice and comfortable bed. Had a lovely massage. Swim and sauna and steam room was nice an relaxing 😌 will definitely go again

Last night the venue hosted our BNI Norfolk annual awards dinner dance.
I have arranged many events over the years and to say this was a breeze is not to understate at all.
Sarah Jones made the whole process from booking to event so easy.
Staff on the day were excellent and kept checking everything was good.
Our food was top drawer and everybody enjoyed it.
Robin the DJ nailed the music and social media is overflowing with great pics and joy about the event.

Saw mice running around the restaurant while eating! one ran under another table while people where seated, eating. Told the staff who did nothing and allowed the other people to continue eating their meal. Then we were moved into the lounge due to the incident and saw another one while the waitress was talking to us! The rude obnoxious manager said they would do nothing about it no one "caught the mouse"

Delighted to leave a review as our group had a fantastic Sunday driver golf break last weekend. The hotel was great, staff everywhere could not have been more helpful and our meals and menu choices were… brilliant. We had a great weekend and can’t wait to return next year as it was also brilliant value for money. Well done Barnham Broom - exceptional!!

Fantastic day, we came for my friends hen do for a spa day and afternoon tea. It was lush, they had decorated the area we had for afternoon tea and added all the photos and ballons. Beautiful! The treatments were lush and despite a little mix up with mine, they still managed to give me what I wanted and stayed a bit later for me. Thank you to Theadora!!! She was an amazing masseuse. The facilities in the spa were very nice, free shower gel and there was a small sauna and steam room as well as a large pool too. We also had access to the gym and the restaurant areas. What a fabulous venue. Really warm and professional welcome, excellent operational attentiveness and the golf course was in mint condition. We got an amazing deal! Sarah in the shop, Del from the golf operations and all the bar and waiting staff were so warm and helpful. This is a very enjoyable place to spend time and money. We will be back.

Staff were great, We were on a golf break 16 Men and only had table. Service allowed so they worked hard. There was a gratuity charge which was not fair as we had no option but to be served. The Drinks were extortionate prices. The Breakfast was small and Vegan option was terrible came out with an egg on for example.
At Dinner I received no dessert option. And the choices that were given were removed as not Beef which most ordered so left chicken and fish only.
Courses were OK, The valley was the better of the 2.
Golf Carts were £40 higher than other places.
