Clean tidy friendly tea making facilities in room room is very big spacious could do with a fridge in room though otherwise everything was excellent 👌👍

Great location lovely views of the boats on the river. Rooms need updating but very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, as I said the place needs a bit of TLC but has lots of potential. I would book again when coming to see NCFC at Carrow road

Nope! Don't bother. We stayed two nights only due to the fact everything else was booked, as soon as we walked in we were googling other places. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Beds were wobbley to the point they were on the verge of collapsing. Everything seemed dirty. Could hear through the walls and every step the people above made.
Good things its close to the station.

Didn't get to stay. Phone call 3 weeks before saying 'We've had to close your room down' (triple ensuite) 'so we've put you in a single with a shared bathroom' really? Cancelled

Stayed here for a few nights and have mixed feelings, The rooms need seriously updating, while they are comfortable there really showing there age and it's little things like bulbs being out, holes in the curtains that really make it look even worse, the hallway where my room was, was extremely dark again due to bulbs being out, the rooms clearly aren't cleaned very often as even though I was only here for 2 nights my room wasn't cleaned when most hotels do it daily but didn't really matter as was only 2 nights, felt a lack of security due to my friends room having the keys to every other room

I mean it does the job. Nice beds. Free slow wifi. Easy commute to station and lovey location. The rooms are really ugly and definitely could have a makeover. My shower was nice but the PIPES WERE BLOCKED. And very strange ways to open doors. Overall though I still kinda like this place. 3/5
