Booked for me by my work, I always give 5 stars:
Great city centre location with loads of takeaways, bars and shops on the doorstep. Superficially clean but a bit icky on closer inspection. Cheap and cheerful.
Important context: My experience was a 1 night stay and does not represent this establishment in it's entirety. No-one in hospitality sets out to provide a poor experience. Anyone can have an off day

Arrived on Friday and just chilled was a little noisy but what do you expect its in a party area got some earphone that done the job, went put clubbing Saturday so wasn't a problem sleeping as all the clubs were shutting when we got in .Great for shopping too....Will defo go back .....thank you

It is literally a room in a club, but if you know what you're booking that's fine - and I think the price reflects that. The guy on the front desk was really nice and helpful. I was out until about 3am anyway so wasn't trying to sleep whilst the club was in action. Basic en suite and tea making facilities. Good location.

I travel a lot for work and this is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
First issue was car parking. I was led to believe on the booking that there was a car park. There’s not - you have to pay to park further down the street. Not ideal when you have work kit that needs to be brought in with you.
I got given room 1 (initially). Went to use the toilet and there was basically somebody else’s diarrhoea in there so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned. I complained and was given a new room (room 2).
I’ve also never been in a room that was so loud. It was like trying to sleep in

Clean and relatively in expensive with all facilities as advertised. However, there was a lot of noise until very late on the first night (a Wednesday) as the hotel is part of a club that runs a late bar with loud music midweek. I was told this was a one off private party but the door staff appeared to be welcoming anyone passing on the street and there was a constant stream of people exiting and entering. The receptionist was very apologetic about the noise and there was a notice in the room about checkout times being extended by an hour for guests who had been disturbed by noise in the night
