There are also an additional 3 sofa beds, which are ideal for families wanting to sleep in the same bedroom. At present, reservations and group size are only allowed as per current Government guidelines. The 12 en-suite bedrooms (double, twins, family room, and 2 rooms with bunk beds). Every room is decorated individually and some rooms have wet rooms whilst others offer roll-top baths with showers.
Howgills Barn is located up a private lane, yet is only a 5-minute walk into town. Once in Sedbergh, go down our Main High Street. Turn left immediately on seeing Westwood Books building. You will see a small lane that will take you directly up to Howgills Barn. Please note that there are traffic lights at the bottom of the lane as the lane is only wide enough for one-way traffic.

Apartment 7 is a ground floor apartment that offers an open plan living space for your group to enjoy. This apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and a bunk room) and sleeps up to 6 guests. There is a bathroom with bath and shower. There is a door to the rear of the apartment onto a terrace with outdoor seating.
Apartment 9 is on the 2nd floor of our building and offers a split-level apartment with living, dining, and kitchen facilities downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has a wet room - which offers a shower, sink, and toilet. There are two bedrooms in apartment 9; one offers a super king-size bed that can be split into twins and the other bedroom offers a double bed with a single bunk bed above it, plus another set of bunks.

This is defiantly a place i will not book again, the price is quite high yet a very poor accommodation with its tiny rooms, with bunk beds, which are hand made, a games room which is a garage with a table tennis board that is barely straight, none of the rooms have a T.V, and the only one tv in the loft doesn't even have any channels, i am so dispointed, and its just been my first day here, i still have 5 more days left, feel like getting back in my car and going home, this is no exaggeration, this simple is my worst holiday ever, if you need any INFO please email me on auashuddin@gmail.com
