Romney Bay House Hotel
Romney Bay House Hotel is situated along a private, unadopted road on a totally unspoilt and fabulous stretch of coastline facing the English Channel. Romney Bay House's secluded location makes it the perfect setting for relaxing and intimate stays. We have 10 double bedrooms; two with four-poster and two with twin beds.

All rooms are en-suite with either views to the sea, or over Littlestone golf course and all have tea/coffee making facilities, TV/DVD & WIFI access, binoculars, bathrobes and mineral water as standard. Our rooms are all individually furnished to a high standard. The comfortable Drawing Room has a log fire with a home-from-home ambience while the honesty bar is cosy and generously stocked.

Chef-Proprietor, Clinton, was classically French trained in London after catering college. Having held the positions of Premium Chef at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington (where Clinton and Lisa met), Second Chef at the Ritz, Piccadilly, he became Executive Chef at the White House Hotel, Regents Park.
Why not hire the whole hotel for an exclusive event for that special birthday or anniversary? Exclusive use of the hotel for up to 20 guests with dinner bed & breakfast costs 2,800 per night. Please note that for the period MAY - SEPTEMBER house party reservations can be for two nights only over a weekend.
Please note that if you're using satellite navigation, ignore its directions to send you along Coast Road, via St Mary's Bay.

As you leave New Romney high street, turn right into Littlestone Road (B2071) at the main traffic lights by Sainsbury's, from the High Sreet/Dymchurch Road (A259), past the Marsh Academy School and the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway Station; take the second to last left before the sea, by the green with the cannon, into Madeira Road, round and past the Water Tower.

It is often said that this wonderful house with stunning views was built for Hollywood gossip queen Hedda Hopper. Yes, it was built for Hopper in the 1920s but she was still a working actress then and didn’t become a columnist until 1935.
