Nice modern hotel with comfortable bed. My room has a shower but no bath. Good 3 course dinner. Enjoyed the English breakfast too. Friendly staff. Easy to walk into Rye town.

Couldn’t fault a thing. Warm welcome. Beautiful location. Clean, extremely comfortable room. Such friendly, kind and informative staff. Excellent breakfast. Best mushrooms, we’ve ever tasted. Cannot wait for an excuse to return.

Good food, decent setting. Very friendly staff, even took my order at 1700 for food when they officially start at 1800 so as not to lose the custom. We sat outside with our dog but inside setting looks fab to. Would recommend.

Lovely place right next to the river, breakfast is awesome. The bed was a bit hard but that's probably because we are used to a softer mattress. Booked on line had a very reasonable price for three nights.

Have given an extra star for the provision for disabled guests. Room was fine if utilitarian. Shower cubicle was a bit cramped but the water has hot and shower powerful. Although view is nicer than one of the car park, try and avoid rooms 21-22 (and possibly 20) as the extractor fan noise from the kitchen is loud from about 6.30am until end of breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the choices are limited but what they do is perfectly good, well cooked and service was as friendly and accommodating as anywhere. Having to leave key when going out was a surprise, haven't had to do that anywhere else in
