I have struggled with my weight most of my adult life. I would diet, lose 2-3 stone then put it all back on and more! I decided to get a personal trainer I went on-line and found Robs website. I was 8.5 stone heavier than I am now and was extremely unfit; walking up the stairs was a struggle.
