Chris is really knowledgeable and professional. I have done some weight training in the past but approached Chris because I wanted to progress and focus more on power lifting moves and improving these. The coaching and advice I have received is second to none and is reflected in the progress I’ve made over the past few months. I’d highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants to progress with their fitness and nutrition goals

I have been working with Chris for nearly 4 years now and I joined as an anxious 15 year old and in that time Chris has made my confidence grow significantly and I have made great progress and am now lifting weights I didn’t even imagine myself lifting or squatting. Chris is a very understanding and funny guy who can get on with anyone which is why I always look forward to training with Chris as he is always up for a laugh in his sessions but is also able to push you and motivate you to train your hardest and get results. 100% recommend Chris and will be sad to leave when I go to uni in a few

I've been working with Chris online for quite a while. For me, fitness has always been hard work and never something which 'excited' me and as a result my weight had just gradually climbed ever since I left Uni.
Chris has always respected my desire to do things gradually, with patches of higher intensity and patches where I wasn't able to do as much. He has always provided interesting programmes and kept me on track, meaning that I have now got to my lowest weight in 5 years and I'm enjoying my fitness work even this far on from when I started.

After witnessing Chris’s success working with my son I decided to see what he could do to help improve my fitness, nutrition/weight (post lockdown and Covid) and help with rehab from a shoulder op. I would never had imagined in my wildest dreams such fantastic results in just two and a half months. Lost 11kg, feel fit as a fiddle and so so much stronger. Chris really knows his stuff, is personable, motivating and engaging and always manages to keep smiling despite the challenges of Zoom/Wifi/phone troubles - usually on my end! Highly recommend!

I began training with Chris after seeing the amazing transformation my Husband had since training with him. I am so glad I did and I look forward to my session every week. I felt so anxious at the thought of going to a gym or PT, but, as soon as I met Chris I instantly felt at ease and have continued to feel better both physically and mentally.
Each session brings something new and exciting along with a vast amount of information. I have already learnt so much and have adapted to a new nutrition programme and enjoy working out at home too, following Chris’s plans and guidance.

I have been with Chris for a few years now, he has always been exactly what is needed for a personal trainer. Chris has never let me down, always pushed me further than I knew my body could go and has made me laugh each session. I can not reccomend Chris enough and I've messaged him at ridiculous times at the weekend not expecting an answer and he has messaged me straight back every time. I now use his services to train my children who also love the time spent working out with him. Been working with Chris, as has my son, now for several years. He is always very friendly yet professional. He tailors your individual programme to your needs to combine good progress toward your pre-discussed goals with minimum risk of injury. My son has very different goals so I have seen the way Chris works to personal ambitions at first hand. He is cheerful & positive & a great motivator. He produces a spreadsheet so you can record & observe your progress whether you are at home or in the gym. Highly recommend him.

I'm a keen runner in my 50's with some 20+ years of experience, like most runners i came to the realisation too late, that i needed to do something to help me stay injury free.
I was recommended Chris by a friend to help me with strength and conditioning.
I am very happy with Chris, i really enjoy our sessions and im definitely stronger than before, Chris listens to me and taylor makes work outs around any races i may have.

Chris is an extremely personable and knowledgable personal trainer. He has been coaching my 14 year old son since the beginning of July. It is one of the best things we have done for our son who absolutely loves his sessions with Chris. He has helped our son improve his strength massively in just under 10 weeks, whilst also developing a greater (and healthy) understanding of what a growing body needs for fuel and strength and has a inspired him to train at home in between sessions without the need for us to remind him. Can’t recommend highly enough.
