Shelagh is an inspirational teacher.
I started practising Ashtanga last summer and she has guided me patiently from a beginner to now feeling comfortable practising the primary series.
The zoom practise sessions during lockdown have been an amazing support and work really well.
If you are interested in ashtanga yoga I cannot recommend Shelagh enough as a teacher.

I had rotatory cuff surgery after my shoulder kept dislocating due to a dislocation during one of my muay Thai fights. I decided to try really wild yoga, as I heard yoga is really good for rehabilitating injuries. It's a year down the line and my shoulder has never been better. It also has majorly increased my flexibility and has got rid of any… other aches or pains I felt before The class is full of friendly people and Shelagh is a great teacher. Really helpful, friendly and informative. The class is at good pace. Its challenging, which if I'm honest I didnt expect. It doesn't take long

I was nervous to go along to a class that I had never tried before, but received a very warm welcome and lots of support at this class. The tuition was kept interesting and varied, easy to follow for all levels and I could feel myself improving with each session. I would highly recommend Shelagh's classes.
