The room is heated to approximately 37 degrees. It might sound hot, but the heaters are specifically designed and calibrated to soothe and warm the muscles - if you're worrying it will be like working out in a sauna, it couldn't be more different.

We have been so lucky with the amazing teachers that have become part of our family here at Evolve. There is truly something unique and special in each of our staff - but all with one thing in common - their passion for sharing yoga with our community of students. Laura Perry's classes are all about being playful with your movement.
Mike regularly works with Stroke Survivors together with Think Ahead Stroke Group to provide therapeutic yoga classes for those dealing with both the physical and mental effects of Stroke. Yoga is for everyone - even if you have difficulties with mobility, yoga in chairs is a fantastic therapy, and the breathing techniques and meditation are inclusive for everyone, regardless of physical or mental difficulties.
We absolutely understand that you may be unsure about trying Hot Yoga for the first time so here is a list of the most commonly asked questions. Far to many to list here! Improved Cardio, flexibility, strength, breath, control and BGF (Bloody Good Fun!) are only a few of the many benefits. Every class will have many options to suit you no matter what level you are at.

I've had 3 sessions here now and it's great - I've tried Flow (a little too difficult for me for now) and chill with Mike. I find the chill session really suits me, Mike likes to work on your breathing a lot and you have plenty of time to move into the positions. The building is nice, it's got showers (if you're going anywhere afterwards you're gonna need one, it's HOT in there!). First session was free then I got a block of 8 in 4 weeks for £35...I'd recommend giving it a go if you want to work on your flexibility.
