It gives me great pleasure on behalf of all the staff, children, parents and governors to warmly welcome you to our website. Alveley Primary is part of TrustEd School Partnership. We have capacity for 120 children and a growing Nursery. It is our aim to ensure that we give our children the opportunity to develop and grow and become successful citizens of the 21st Century with a rich source of cultural capital.
Using our extensive school grounds, spacious classrooms and exciting learning environments, we believe that we provide our children with the best chances to progress academically, whilst upholding the highest of expectations.

Services
At Alveley Primary School and Nursery we are a team. We believe that every child should enjoy their education and be happy, healthy and safe at school. We aim to nurture unique, resilient and reflective learners through a challenging and stimulating environment. Through a creative curriculum children are equipped with the characteristics of effective learning and skills to acquire knowledge.
As a governor at Alveley I was so impressed by the dedication of teachers and support staff across the school who worked selflessly during the first lockdown to keep the school operating safely within government guidelines for those pupils attending in key groups and also to ensure that high quality remote learning was available to children at home.
At Alveley Primary School we welcome the chance to bring together all members of the community and love to celebrate our shared understanding of our British values. We recognise the multicultural, multi-faith nature of the United Kingdom and understand the crucial role our schools play in promoting these values.
We are a group of friendly volunteers and our main focus is to raise funds to purchase items that would otherwise fall out of the schools' budget. We have regular committee meetings to catch up to discuss ideas where everyone is welcome. If you would like to get involved or think you can help in any way we would love to hear from you.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. This is a statutory requirement for all schools. Our team of Foundation practitioners use on going assessment and observations of the children to develop a flexible curriculum. The curriculum is based on the children's interests. This ensures that they are enthusiastic and motivated about their learning.
