Conrad's previous career armed him with a range of skills aimed at helping clients solve complex problems and manage their way through challenging issues. All his programmes are underpinned by Motivational Change principles, whether they be fitness, mind or professional development.

Conrad Rafique started out as a Spinning Instructor, and completed his Master Trainer qualification at the European Institute of Fitness in Lillieshall National Sports Centre.He teaches Hour of Power and Metafit classes and has worked with endurance athletes to refine their nutrition and training strategies.

25 Half-marathons on and off-road and some at night. Best time for my current 'decade of age' is 1:41 (always reset your PB when you turn over a decade). Early runs - most events start early to avoid excessive heat later in the day and the issues that dehydration can bring. You just need to get used to getting up early at weekends and running, there is no other way around that one.
