Services
By keeping your touring caravan on a seasonal pitch you can use it as a second home, the convenience of not having to tow and park your van each time that you want a break is such a benefit. The advantage of having a seasonal pitch lets you keep your van on the same pitch all year round and you can visit the park whenever you wish, without the worry or hassle of towing your caravan.
At Margrove Park Holidays we cater for touring caravans, motorhomes and trailer-tents and if you dont want to stay and enjoy the peace of the park you may want to explore the local area where you will find lots of interest. The Cleveland Way and North Yorkshire Moors where walking is endless are just a quarter of a mile away.
From Guisborough follow the A171 (signposted Whitby) for approximately 2 miles when you should turn left onto minor road signposted Margrove Park and Lingdale. In about a quarter of a mile at the dip in the road turn right into site, for more detailed information please use the Journey Planner below.

We have just completed walking and camping (carrying all our kit) the magnificent Cleveland Way. Whilst Margrave doesn't offer the views of other sites, it was absolutely perfect for us. A quiet, level pitch, with picnic chairs and table was provided, at an excellent value price compared to all the other places we stayed. The washing facilities were excellent and Simoin, the Manager, was most hospitable. A short walk from the Cleveland Way ,at Charltons, does not detract from the excellent experience that we had! Nice Campsite, close to Guisborough and the coast. My stay was made better by the people who manage it, they are helpful and go out of their way to assist, if you have a problem.
There are a couple of areas that can be improved.
You pay for electricity by card so larger fuses are needed as you can trip the electric quite easily if you put on a kettle & heater together.
Someone needs to shoot the local cockerell, who wakes you up every morning at around 3am.

Stayed here loads of times as my mam and her partner have a caravan here and I love coming every year just hope lock down is over soon so we can all get to the site, loads of great walks around the site, shower block is always clean, the onsite pub is lovely and the owners are so friendly and welcoming and it's cheap too which is a bonus 👌

After been away from Margrove for a few years we didn't know what to expect. The First few weekends were an eye opener. People sat outside their vans drinking from morning until night. But since they have moved on it is as it was back then. A lovely quiet, peaceful caravan site. No loud music and no weekend alcoholics.
Great site, friendly locals, friendly managers and staff. Revamped toilet block with new flooring, Windows and showers. Usual amenities of hook up electrics and water with toilet disposal point.
Nothing else to do apart from unwind after the rigours of a hard week at work. Made
