Our services include fertility, herd & flock health, bulls, mastitis, dairy cow nutrition, training courses, calves, sheep and backyard poultry. Livestock vets have been classified as essential workers because of our role in maintaining animal welfare and supporting farmers producing food. Whilst this means we are allowed to keep our business running we have had to make important changes to the way we normally work.
Avoiding disease and improving fertility are vital for animal health and farm productivity. As well as treating problems, we work with you to prevent them occurring or reduce their impact. Through our sister company Craven Sheep Breeding, jointly owned with local veterinary surgeon and sheep breeder Michael Davis, we are able to offer shepherds more specialised breeding services.
