In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor. Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Nicola Barker is the Strategic Business Manager and has overall responsibility for the management of the Practice. Our Patient Services Manager is Jo Sweet who has responsibility for managing the day to day running of the practice. She will be pleased to discuss any non-medical problem that you may have and also.
Access the online appointment system Appointments can be made only with the receptionists, either by calling in at the surgery between 8.00am to 6.00pm or by telephoning the number below. New registration appointments If you have an on going medical condition it is recommended that you attend for a new patient health check with one of our nursing team.

Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient's representative or outside body will be. We take complaints very seriously.

11 GPs to get a referal.
All of them miss diagnosed me, and specialist found I was correct.
Shocking, and the worst thing is they made me Ill for life now. And they take zero responsibility.
Once they knew they were wrong, they sent me packing to another GP surgery.

Disgusting treatment from staff, can't keep up with the work load. losing important referral letters leaving people weeks not know the result of scans ect. As for trying to speak to a doctor thats all almost unheard off in the surgery! If you have a choice stay away from this place!

Some of the doctors are good, some not so good, and take forever to read their emails.
The reception staff cannot handle complaints properly and turn it round as the patients fault for complaining, the reception staff certainly need a better appreciation of patient requirements and empathy!

Only been here a short time, staff are very friendly, caring and supportive. Appointments sometimes take a bit longer 2 or 3 week wait, but its pretty much the same everywhere. Reception team are very friendly, and have gone the extra mile for me a few times which is really appreciated.

Excellent practice, good telephone support if you cannot see a doctor. Very supportive with all issues. I would recommend them.
