I had my Booster done by a nurse called Sarah A BIG THANK YOU TO HER.IT WAS SO SO SMOOTH AND NO PAIN AT ALL AND AFTER.
I ASKED HER TO ASPERATING TO CHECK NO BLOOD BUT SHE HAD TO ASK THE DOCTOR FIRST. "WHY" ?????
It's the Safest Old way of doing an injection. There is a very very very small chance of going into a blood vein. But why take the risk of getting a heart attack or clot to the heat or legs. The report are OUT THERE. The whole of Denmark have gone back to the old way of doing it. Why not US.
My Local Doctor's. This sounds weird but it's a Great Lively Place. "Wheelchair Ramp from Car

As a care home manager for the elderly, I have regular contact with the surgery for my Residents. We have a regular G.P that comes up to us each week to review our Residents. Nothing is ever too much effort, even the smallest of concerns. Prescription
Scripts are always done efficiently and I am always grateful for the support that we receive to ensure our Residents receive the best medical care. For the size of the town that the surgery are covering, including Dawlish Warren , I feel the Doctors work extremely hard . Thank-you to all, including the receptionist who are always helpful to follow

Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Probably the worst drs surgery around. The surgery use Online consultant forms for small issues that the drs can easily sort with a phone call which is great, when the system works and the drs actually give you the time of day to ring and sort your issues. For somebody who rarely needs the drs and their service, 9 times out of 10 it’s poor. I think this team need a lesson on customer service and compassion.

Today I had my asthma review with a nurse. I'm sorry I can't remember her name, however she was very informative. When asking about my Fostair use and me telling her I only used it in the morning. Well she took the time to explain to me why I needed to use it morning and at night. Not just a sentence. She showed me a bronchial plastic tube and explained what my inhalers do. Well I listened intently and following her explanation I've promised to use it twice a day 12 hrs apart where I can. If not then as close to it.
Thank you nurse ??? From your 11:30am patient on Tuesday 25th August. 👍🏼

Pretty much the best GP's i've been too. Nurses and GP's are really helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. I've seen the reviews about the reception being not great but I think that they are better than a lot of other ones and I have found them really helpful at times.

Impossible to see my doctor even to give me a phone call unless you book a couple of weeks in advance. Better off going to A and E and waiting four hours to see them.

Updated: they are getting worse and worse. I would give a 0 star. Now they need 7 days for repeat prescription and they don't support Pharmacy2U! They were absolutely useless before and getting worse. Their main purpose is making ill people life more miserable.
Administration staff is useless. They can't handle any situation: prescription, home address, pharmacy where to send the prescriptions, booking appointments, etc.

Reception is terrible! Absolute and I do mean absolute minimum effort. can’t take prescription requests over the phone because their incapable of lifting a pen to write on a scrap peice of paper. They sound like they’ve got no go in them. Sounds like the surgery needs a round of lay offs to spriten them up a bit.
