We had a lovely lunch here today! The service was wonderful! It was clean and our group felt very safe with the considerate measures they have in place. Highly recommend! Food was delicious and good portion sizes.

Eaten here a few times. One of the best pubs in northern Herefordshire. The soups are delicious being piping hot & full of flavour. The meal gets better but portions are very generous, be warned!

Great service and a lovely lunch next to a warm log burner. Cosy atmosphere as the weather was starting to get a bit colder. Will definitely be visiting again and would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Excellent quality freshly cooked food and superb professional and friendly service. Lovely ambience when we visited to collect our takeaway as our daughter was unwell. Would definitely like to eat in if we are in the area again.

Nice venue and safe during covid times. Unfortunately the Sunday carvery we had must have been the chef's day off.
It's not a carvery by choice , understandable that you get it plated up and served to you and cannot really choose, we did put a choice in but it was not honoured and the waiter just walked off.
However 2 badly cooked roast potatoes, a bit of veg, and beef so rare I couldn't cut it with my knife and fork with blood on the plate and a stale Yorkshire pudding really doesn't sit right with me.
The positive was the pudding was good but I'd not eat a roast dinner from here again which

Good country pub with wide selection of beers and Westons cider. Also does great food but menu was limited. Could have done with a few more starters. Plenty of parking and is dog friendly.
