General yoga classes are mixed ability hatha yoga classes, with a focus on postural alignment and the health of the whole body. Pregnancy yoga classes offer healthy pregnancy exercise, and preparation for labour & birth. This involves gentle stretches, yoga poses, specialised 'birth-day breathing' & relaxation.

I enjoy it very much and it is one place where I have learned (am learning) to do what is right for me at the time. I guess I enjoy the relaxation most, but that wouldn't be the same without all the work before hand. Overall what is important is the sense of well being I feel at the end of a class.

With a choice of grass or deck there is lots of space to be socially distanced and see each other again safely! We will move, breathe, relax and meditate. I will provide lentil soup, bread and hot drinks. Im aware sharing food can be challenging if you have a specific diet so please bring what you would like to eat.

Many women approach birth with anxiety and fear. These Birth Workshops give you effective tools to cope with the intensity of labour, and to transform your birth experience into an empowering, even enjoyable experience. These workshops are a day for you and your birth partner. Birth partners are best able to help when they have an understanding of giving birth.
