Yoga to give you a balance and focus in your busy week. Move, breathe and find stillness with mindfulness. Let go whatever is happening in the day to day as you roll out your mat, and enjoy the week's theme or focus that changes weekly. Find the time, place and level to suit you across Oxford. Yoga fits around the school timetable terms, with constantly changing selection of asanas.

Develop at your pace, with easier and harder options to suit how you feel that here and now. 90 minute classes allows time for moving, relaxing and brief pranayama and stillness, Working in friendly sized groups, with an experienced teacher you can gain the most from your weekly class. Drop in via Zoom Online is available ongoing so catch yoga on Monday 6pm when you can.
Services
Teaching is about a love of Yoga and seeing folk grow in strength and vitality. Classes vary each week with themes and focus to keep us all fresh and moving forward. Yoga offers such a breadth of poses, sequences, breath, relaxation and meditation for body, breath and mind. Hazel's yoga journey began as a teenager in school & later became vital after developing back pains post car injury.
Give yourself a day so time to experiment and hone techniques that a weekly class just does not allow for. Many students describe the workshops as a rare treat, giving themselves some 'me - time'. The groups are small and held in quiet locations with green space around. Celebrate the new freedom and shrug away the impact of restrictions the last year has put on our bodies, emotions and minds.
Quietly chant or silently say the words as you slow your breath. Invite self reflection and contemplate on Harmony equality and well being for all. This Buddhist Monk asks us all to be mindful, open our hearts and help create peace for all. Need to boost your confidence and have a clue where to begin?
Loose yourself in yoga for 90 minute sessions with asana and sequences, relaxation, breath and stillness. Changing themes and focus each week with balance of poses, sequences, lead relaxation, breathing and stillness. Feel safe and comfortable as we return to in person yoga. Deancourt Community Hall has just had its roof repaired with new solar panels giving us green heating!
Headington Yoga back in our usual hall and great to have everyone back in person, sharing yoga together! Bring your Mat with blanket or towel, a block or cushion and bottle of water. Please arrive wearing your mask until classes begins, and while moving around, have a antiviral hand-gel to use in class.
