Services
As many of you know, we have added to our lovely humid heat with Infrared panels! Instead of just warming the air around you, infrared heaters heat surrounding objects and people, creating a direct and deep penetrating heat that warms you from the inside out. Combining both heat sources together will enhance eliminating your body of toxins through its biggest organ: the skin.
The reason for its popularity is clear; stretching in high temperatures will allow you to push your body much further, working it from inside and out, meaning you can see the results. You can burn between 600 to 1000 calories per class!

If you haven't practiced yoga with us before, please get in touch before booking on a class. All classes must be booked online and paid for unless you have an existing class card or membership, in which case you will need to select the "Book a session" button and then select the "Pay in person" option.
Hot Buddha Yoga has meant I can play with my kids and enjoy life again after 3 slipped discs. I feel stronger than I ever have! I can't recommend enough. I came to Hot Buddha when it first opened as a way to stretch out my body and to complement and balance out my martial arts and gym training. I soon found that as part of my own personal journey, the benefits of Yoga extended way beyond the physical.
You will burn a lot of calories so you need to eat regularly, however, you should practise with an empty stomach- no food at least 2-3 hours prior to class. Arrive at least 20-30 minutes early (to register and familiarise yourself with the studio). The class is designed for all levels of fitness but if you have special medical conditions please consult your doctor first.

I've been a member now at Hot Buddha for almost three years and can't recommend it enough. There's a great variety of teachers and a super friendly atmosphere. Sukhy, her family and the wider Hot Buddha community are incredibly welcoming and help create a safe and inviting environment in which to improve your yoga practice!

I have been going to classes over the last month or so & have really enjoyed them! The teachers are brilliant ! I really enjoy coming & would recommend anyone interested to give it a try!
