When I embarked on my personal journey into physical and mental wellbeing, I wasn't really sure what I am getting myself into. I noticed that lots of things are not the way I would like them to be: my eating, the shape of my body, my reactions, my relationships (this included the relationship with myself).
Space to experience the mind-body connection through simple and gentle movements and shapes. Discover your inner strength and wisdom stored in your body. Learn to slow down and be present. You might struggle with pain and tension and yoga has been recommended, but you don't know where to start. Perhaps you tried following some Youtube videos or some busy online classes but you couldn't connect with them.
I couldn't imagine anything more terrible than slowing down, as it felt like a threat. I didn't realise running on empty became the new normal. Like I will miss out on something, unless I do this one more thing. I judged myself and others for taking time out to work on themselves or whose who took time to meditate and nourished their souls.
Your work ethic and standards helped you build a career, but they don't come with an easy to use "off" switch. I can totally imagine that if you have seen the warning signs, you tried to do something about it. Productivity apps, mindfulness apps, more exercise, less exercise. I have been there. Working full time, driven by FOMO trying to cram as much into my days and weekends as possible.

Gabby has given me a variety of tools to cope with feelings of overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks. I feel more like me than I have for a long time! Gabby has a holistic approach to each session and the process to achieving my goals felt like a partnership, she makes you feel at ease straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Gabby again and highly recommend her!

5* I couldn't recommend Gabby enough. I was very nervous going into therapy and did not know what to expect, but Gabby is so knowledgeable, caring & friendly, and I soon relaxed in her company which made therapy much easier. Gabby is a wonderful yoga teacher. I have just started but it has helped me focus my mind and body. Gabby will go through her class with suggestions for different ability levels. As a newbie it has been great to start to practise. She also has a really soothing voice! Will definitely continue with the classes.
