My name is Lisa Maniatis and I'm the founder of The Yoga Being. For the last 5 years I ran a beautiful, safe & peaceful hub where I've provided authentic yoga, mindfulness classes and holistic therapies here in Gosport, Hampshire. Since 2010 I've studied and evolved as a Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Holistic Practitioner training far and wide Thailand, Portugal, Canada and here in the UK.

Qualified in Hatha, Elemental yoga, Pre/Post natal yoga, Yoga for the special child and most recently Children's Yoga. With the current climate changing and looking after my beautiful busy family, The Yoga Being is naturally evolving in a new way. I am sharing my services online at the moment and I am loving sharing simple, yet easy accessible tools to support you living your most authentic healthiest self.

Is it just me or is anyone else craving some routine? Life has been totally bonkers my end - but as I sit here after dropping my little man off at school I feel this sense of stability on the horizon. I am learning to simplify areas of my life where I can, so I can get the full benefit from what I apply and immerse myself in.

I cannot recommend Lisa enough. I do Yoga Therapy with her and the shift I've experienced under her guidance is incredible. Both my physical and mental health are improving way beyond my expectations. She's one amazing lady.

Loving pregnancy yoga classes with Lisa and would seriously recommend to other pregnant ladies. I come out each week feeling chilled, calm and refreshed. Plus I’ve met some lovely other mummies to be and it’s great to share weekly thoughts and feelings with others going through the same.

I have been practicing yoga for a number of years with Lisa and yoga being. Beautiful, calm studio that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter. Mats and blocks are available and are clean and new. Lisa is a wonderful teacher very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She spends time helping you with breathing and poses. The class on a Thursday is well attended but there is plenty of room and everyone is so friendly. Other classes and teachers are also available and my experiences with them have been equally as good. I have also attended workshops with guest teachers and can thoroughly recommend

Only just finished my first session and I loved it! Never taken up yoga before, but glad I've done it now - for me and my baby very relaxing but you can also feel it working! Looking forward to the rest of the course! Thanks Lisa

Took part in the Getting Back in the Flow workshop, can not thank Lisa and Claire enough for the most relaxing and interesting 4 hours I have had in a while. I am really interested in learning more about Dosha, yoga and meditation. Felt a lot better after the workshop then when I first walked in. Thank you for your time and opening my eyes, amazing x
