Gill Taylor is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Laughter Yoga Leader Teacher, and Advanced EFT and Master NLP Practitioner Reactionary. I am a qualified Yoga teacher for adults and children with the British Wheel of Yoga, and have been interested in Yoga since my teens. I have taught Yoga to adults since 1991 and children since 2001.

I have been a BWY student assessor. I have been a Laughter Yoga Leader since 2005 and am now qualified to teach others to be Laughter Yoga Leaders too. I hold a B. Ed.(Hons) degree and have taught Design Technology in Secondary and Primary Schools as well as teaching children of all ages in a Hospital School.

Varying reasons maybe that your time does not allow you to come to a class; you may prefer individual teaching; you may have a specific need at the moment - physical or emotional that you feel 1-1 yoga can address the best. This can also extend to learning meditation, relaxation or different breathing methods to ease stress.
This is compiled in such a way that each one {there are 5} is to be used on its own. So, you select the one that suits you for now. There are different relaxation techniques that are used with the Visualisations. The Relaxation and Visualisations vary in times. These are shown next to each titled track.
