We are a long established small animal and equine practice in South Hampshire. We are passionate about animals and our skilled team of veterinary surgeons and nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. We are open seven days a week and have a dedicated on site 24-hour emergency care and hospitalisation service at our Shedfield Hospital.

Services
We care for dogs, cats and a variety of small pets at our spacious, purpose built small animal veterinary hospital in Shedfield. Our fully equipped purpose built equine unit, adjacent to the hospital, caters for all the needs of horses and ponies. Animed Veterinary Hospital is the only RCVS registered veterinary hospital in the Fareham area.

In the event of an emergency during our normal opening please call our surgery and you will be advised what to do next. Our dedicated equine veterinary team provide our own emergency care 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have an equine emergency please call 01329 833112 where our reception staff will arrange for the duty vet to attend. We appreciate that equine emergencies can be extremely stressful but please be prepared to provide our reception staff with all the necessary details so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
