I always feel that everyone genuinely cares for my pets, and takes time to explain everything. I trust the vets completely.

This place is truly amazing. All the staff are wonderful; the staff at the front of the house, the nurses and the vets. My daughters and I were there with our puppy to get the pup pie's first vaccine. Our puppy was even relaxed and at ease during and after the vaccine. So happy that this is our local vets.
The advice and guidance was so helpful and reassuring, especially as this is our first family pet.
The receptionist was so lovely and engaging with my daughters, as was the vet. We a felt so welcome there that it felt like we had been many times before.

Would love to know why you keep removing my reviews, I'll never give up posting it after the grief you put people through.

Absolutely disgraceful, refused to treat my nan's dog and when finally decided to take him in didn't take blood samples as he had gastroenteritis. Bronagh Goodlad was too busy washing her hair which is completely unprofessional, as our little man was in a locked room on his own hemorrhaging.

EDIT:
considering you are not aware of the fact your service KILLED our beloved dog, does the court case we attempted ring a bell? regards to when you failed to take samples

We have had a great experience with the team at Donview vets since we got our new puppy in April 2021. They have guided us carefully and professionally through her early health checks, vaccinations and treatments. The text service and pet club have been great features too.

Phoned them up last night while our dog was in severe pain and really struggling to breath, the lady who answered the phone to my wife who was crying down the phone basically told her she wasn't willing to see him because he wasn't registered at the practise even though we had other animals that were, he had twisted insides and was in what could only be unimaginable pain and less than a hour later he was sleeping for good. Like doctors vets have a duty of care and the person on the phone didn't stand up to that conduct.
UPDATE: the services of our vet weren't an option due to distance, we explained

The staff is always approachable, friendly and helpful. They were very quick and available when we had a little emergency. The surgery that was needed for neutering and the little emergency was done beautifully. Great team.
