We are a two site mixed animal practice based in rural Aberdeenshire, first established in 1996. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinary surgeons and nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. We are open six days a week and we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care.

Here at Deveron Veterinary Surgeons, we're very proud to have so many enthusiastic and dedicated individuals working in our friendly practice. We are all passionate about animals and their well-being, from our veterinary surgeons and qualified nurses to our essential support staff. Highly trained and caring, each of us has a role to play in making this a special practice for you to visit with your animal.
Our team of highly dedicated and experienced veterinary surgeons and vet nurses are devoted to your pet's wellbeing. We are passionate about animals and have our own pets, we work hard to provide the same service to you that we would want for our own much-loved animals. At our surgery we provide continuity of care, working with you to provide effective and high quality treatment.
If your pet is on long term medication we are legally required to see them every three months in order to continue supplying you with their medication. It may be in some cases (at the vet's discretion) that an animal needs to be seen more regularly that this. To help keep us all safe, please do not attend the practice unless you have a pre-booked appointment, or have arranged to collect food/medication.
In the event of an emergency during normal opening hours please call your local surgery and you will be advised what to do next. If your call is during the night, weekends or Bank Holidays whilst our clinic at Deveron is closed please call 01771 637670 where our out of hours service will be provided by our Buchan & Deveron Out of Hours & Emergency Care team in Strichen.

Deveron vets are brilliant. Have used other vets in the past which were no where near as kind and thorough. We use Deveron for all our animals. Friendly helpful vets. Highly recommend! Had a late night call out recently for our older horse and Ian the vet was fantastic. Very thorough and he was quick to get there despite coming from other emergencies. ☆☆☆☆☆
