The real results come from you, we will work together and find a solution. It's amazing to see what can happen with guidance, therapies and coaching. Typically therapies are carried out in a 3 session plan a week apart. Each session is about an hour long and will jump between therapeutic processes as and when needed.

Aside from its efficacy, hypnotherapy is an enjoyable way to assist you in moving past a currently limiting issue. The hypnotherapy sessions are around 60 minutes, half of that time is you relaxing in hypnosis.

Paula is highly professional and excellent at what she does. I found her to be calm and positive which really set me at ease very quickly. Finding and choosing to book sessions with Paula was the best decision I could have made in the midst of anxiety and panic attacks, as a new Mum. As soon as I spoke to her on the phone, I knew she understood exactly how I was feeling. Professional but incredibly warm and friendly. I left every session feeling like a weight had been lifted. Paula was recommended to me and although I have always been sceptical about hypnotherapy I was ready to try anything. I had experienced a number of things in my life at the end of last year and had been diagnosed by my GP with anxiety disorder. It had left me feeling very vulnerable, low and unable to leave my home on my own. I have my own personal reasons for not wanting to take medication and decided to try something different.
