Walberton and Binsted is a busy, exciting, caring and vibrant school where children come first and are at the centre of all that we do. Staff and volunteers help to provide the children with many wonderful exciting learning opportunities with which they can explore, immerse themselves, challenge their own thinking and achieve.

We pride ourselves on being a very close school community here at Walberton and Binsted C.E. It was wonderful to see everyone together again in the sunshine today, including all our new children in Red Class and other new members of the Walberton family - smiles all round on our first day back! It is a special school to be a part of.
I'm Lee, I have two children who currently attend the school and one due to start in 2022. I grew up in the six villages area, the son of a local Police Officer, before joining the British Army where I spent several years living on Army bases around the UK and abroad. After leaving the Army I joined Sussex Police, where I still work many years later.
As Eco-Warriors, we represent the school, doing our bit to encourage the school and our wider community to do more to protect and preserve our natural environment. We encourage recycling, reusing and reducing our waste - we've only got one planet - let's do our best to look after it! We are really pleased to tell you we have achieved our Green Flag! Thank you everyone in the school for helping us to achieve this award.
Our school motto is split into three key words we consider to be of high importance within our children's well-being and education with us here at school. Children's daily lives should be based around having Joy in their hearts, with us helping them to recognise the joy in our world today. Each day is a new joy which God gives us, and we should celebrate this.
Recognising its historic foundation the school will preserve and develop its religious character in accordance with the principles of the Church of England and in partnership with the church at parish and diocesan level. The school aims to serve its community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice.
