Services
The situation is perfect in a county renowned for it's agriculture, livestock and fish production the Hope menu makes the best use of this fresh produce in using the freshest and best local produce which is particularly highlighted in the well known Sunday Roast. Since the late 90's the Hope transforms from country pub to one of the smallest, unusual - and unlikely - venues on the UK Blues circuit.
Have the roast of your choice carved for you with a selection of freshly cooked vegetables, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding. Chunks of prime local beef in a rich gravy with fresh seasonal vegetables and chips or mashed potatoes. Earth Chilli with sweet peppers, black turtle beans, kidney beans and aubergine (vegan GF).

Cosy, friendly country pub with craft ales from the Horncastle Brewery. We had a lovely carvery and I highly recommend their treacle sponge. The pub is dog friendly so no need to leave your pooch at home if he has basic manners.
