Gill runs her Massage and Fitness business from her home in Wilmslow. As someone who enjoys sport and exercise and as an active Mum of two, Gill fully understands the benefits of regular massage and the importance of keeping fit and healthy.

Since moving to Cheshire from London 9 years ago after a 10 year career in retail, Gill has built a strong and successful business and has worked with a variety of clients including; runners, cricketers, professional footballers, weight lifters, cyclists (professional and non), professional rugby league players, and those suffering with general back & neck pain and stress & anxiety.
If you're looking to get fit and healthy, or want to strengthen and condition your body, in a private setting, then Personal training - or one to one training - will be perfect for you. Pregnancy Massage is excellent for both Mum and baby. Pregnant women place a lot of stress on their body as their baby develops and this can lead to aches and pains in the muscles, specifically in the back and legs.

Pregnancy Massage is excellent for both Mum and baby. When I was pregnant with my two children, I spent a lot of time commuting to work in London - the strain of an hours commute and sitting at my desk for 8 hours slowly took its toll on my body.
Sports massage is aimed at the deeper tissue of the muscle and fascia (the connective tissue which surrounds the muscle). It is a firm treatment suited to anyone with muscle tension, previous injuries, postural problems, those who suffer from stress or anxiety, those who exercise regularly or those who sit at an office desk.

I can't rate Gill highly enough. I've been seeing her for the past year or so and every time i see her we do something different. She adapts the exercises to suit me. She has taught me you don't need to go all guns blazing to get fit. I am so grateful as thanks to her I am able to keep fit and healthy and work around my back issue. As an added bonus Gill is lovely to talk to. Thank you Gill !

4 of us had massages by Gill this weekend. Can highly recommend. We were staying at the Alderley Edge Hotel which is only a 5 minute drive from Gill, glad we found her on Google!!!! We will definitely be returning.

I am so glad that I found out about Gill as I had been suffering with hamstring pain throughout lockdown as the NHS physios had stopped treating patients.
Gill is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to make me aware of a number of areas that need to be worked on during the initial consultation and which she felt could be contributing to my hamstring pain. I have had 2 one hour sessions so far and can already feel the benefit!
Just to top it all off, Gill is lovely and makes you feel at ease and always happy to answer any questions! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic

I had my baby over 5 months ago and was really struggling with lower back pain and tingling which was all a result of delivery. I've had 3 sessions over 5/6 weeks and can honestly say that I feel 1000 times better! Gill has helped so much and really does have the magical touch, she knew just how much pressure to apply and where I was at my tightest. Thank you for all your help!

Gill’s boxing classes provide an excellent all round workout aswell as being fun. All abilities are welcome and you can work at your own pace. Gill is such a lovely, down to earth person who really knows her stuff. Her massages are the best I have ever had and they really sort out shoulder, back and next pains. Once you have had a massage with Gill i promise you will never look back.

Gill is amazing, in every way! I cannot recommend her boxing classes highly enough. She works us really hard but makes it a whole lot of fun too. And Gill’s sports massages are second to none. Gill is brilliant at what she does and is an all round lovely person to go with it!

Gill is absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. The sessions are structured, varied and above all fun! I really enjoy working with her on my fitness. The best thing for me is that her sessions are private. I get self conscious in a gym and so her home gym is perfect for me! I've also been lucky enough to have one of Gill's massages too - awesome! Her level of knowledge on nutrition just adds to the overall package! So if you want to get fit, lose weight, eat better and above all feel better then Gill is the lady for you!

I love going to Gill with my bad back, shoulders and neck for a deep massage. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She really digs deep into my knots but always makes sure I am not in discomfort. She is very professional & excellent at what she does! I would not go to anyone else ever. She also did me an amazing pregnancy massage & helped ease sciatica.
