What an amazing two weeks celebrating and learning about World War One. Each class was given a topic by our History coordinator to research and find out a little bit more on. The children have worked incredibly hard and have produced some outstanding work, which we used for a 'Pop-up' display where parents were invited to come in and celebrate the children's learning.
CONFIDENT - it is our goal to develop the confidence of the children in our care. We want them to leave Lake View with heads held high, a sense of purpose and above all else the confidence to believe and achieve their potential. CREATIVE - we aim to develop creative approaches to learning where children are engaged, excited and enthused about what they are doing in school.
8.50am - School gates and classrooms are opened to all pupils to allow a prompt 9am start. Please try to ensure that your child is present at the beginning of the session or he/she will be marked as late. If your child is absent from school it is important that you telephone as soon as possible to explain the reason.
Our nursery forms part of our early years provision for children aged 3 to 5. At Lake View Primary School, we aim to give your child the best possible start to their school education. With spacious outdoor play areas, a well-resourced indoor learning environment and highly skilled staff, children are given the opportunity to learn through play and enjoyable adult-led activities.
