As your child's first teacher, you play a big part in how well your son or daughter does in school. We believe each child is unique and we will strive to meet all their individual needs to ensure they get a great start in their first school. Based in the picturesque village of Hail Weston, close to St Neots, Hail Weston Pre-School Activity Group enjoys beautiful scenic surroundings including St Nicholas' Church which is close by.

Our Pre-School staff are a caring and close knit team who have many years' experience working with young children. They are all highly qualified and have a great skill-set to ensure all the children who attend the Pre-School have their developmental needs met. All the staff have been assessed by Ofsted and have passed enhanced checks with the Disclosure Baring Service, are epi-pen trained and have completed paediatric first aid training.

As your child's first teacher, you play a big part in how well your son or daughter does in school. Our keyworkers form great bonds with the children to ensure their needs in the pre-school are met. Towards the end of each term we hold parent consultation sessions where you can have an in-depth meeting with your child's key worker to discuss their progress and ask any questions arising from their individual tracking assessment.

Are you caring, creative and highly motivated to help provide the best childcare, enabling each child to achieve their full potential? We are looking to recruit a Level 2 or Level 3 Pre-School practioner on a term time only basis. Successful applicants will also be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and will be to subject reference checks.

My two youngest daughters were fortunate to spend a couple of wonderful years at Hail Weston Pre-school. We adored the lovely village setting and family atmosphere where the staff are warm and friendly and provided a nurturing environment that helped them grow into independent polite little girls.
