We hope you've all stayed safe and well. Face coverings are now a personal choice but we would recommend for the safety of our customers and colleagues, to continue wearing a face covering if you are able. Disposable masks will be available on request. A one way system, with the entrance to the pub through the front door and the exit through the door to the garden and out into the car park.
Everywhere is clearly signposted. The NHS Test & Trace system, or paper forms, will remain for customers who wish to record visits, on a voluntary basis. We offer a range of beers including locally brewed real ales, lager, cider, wine by the glass and bottle, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks with the driver in mind.

Services
The dining areas are split into the cosy snug with the wood burning stove, the more informal bar area and the formal dining area. Our newly opened south facing garden is a sun trap with plenty of tables, alongside an undercover area come rain or shine. It doubles up as a function room where you can play a game of skittles or it can be reconfigured to suit many uses, such as christenings, weddings, family gatherings/parties and corporate events.

The Royal Oak is a very tiny pub, in the middle of Walton. The ceilings are pretty low, which can be annoying, and the door opens up straight onto a main road so watch your step. They have a skittle alley, and a pool table, and also a darts table. Its a popular pub for the locals, but doesnt attract much business from anywhere else, unless you're a regular. Parking is provided across the road in a private car park.
