Our fabulous flavours, contemporary styling, and flawlessly clean finish ensure that not only do our cakes make a stunning centrepiece for your event, but they also taste just as amazing as they look!

At Fay's Cakes, we strive to create the perfect cake for your wedding day. We pride ourselves on immaculate attention to details with only taking on a limited number of commissions each week. All the flowers you see below are lovingly handmade out of icing (there may be some dried flowers). Our wedding cakes are known for their elegant look and chic finish showcasing a stunning display of handmade sugar flowers.
As soon as you have booked your venue, it is best to get in touch to check my availability. I take bookings up to two years in advance. My diary is open for 2022/23. I am fully booked for 2021, 2022 has very limited space during April-October. Sometimes I accommodate commissions at shorter notice, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
All the flowers see here are lovingly hand-made from sugar-paste, each petal is shaped, formed and dusted by hand making sugar flowers my speciality. Which means they can be personalised to match the flower's natural colors or your wedding color palette. We can also work to a bespoke list made up of the flowers your florist is providing you for your wedding day.

My name is Fay Stevens, I am the cake designer and baker behind Fay's cakes, with a little help from my family, my husband who helps me with deliveries and my daughter who loves to talk all things to do with weddings at the fairs we attend throughout the year.
I have always had a passion for all things crafty, coming from a fashion and textile background I worked for several years designing and making bespoke clothing for a company based in the Scottish Borders.In my spare time, I still love to sew and do all kinds of crafts. It all started with baking for my family and decorating my wedding cake.
