The lodge was spotless. The team was super helpful and friendly on our arrival, which overall made the stay much more enjoyable. The setting is perfect for a relaxing weekend and the hottub was the best touch.

After a five hour journey from South Wales. It was a Lovely surprise to find a pint of milk in the fridge and a packet of brownies for a much needed cup of coffee. The lodge was very clean and spacious, and the two on suite was a god send. Very friendly visitors in the morning (chickens).we highly recommend the lodges.

Just had 2 nights staying in the honeydale lodge. Had an amazing time , lovely personalised plaque on the door when we arrived , a cold bottle of bubbly in the fridge and some yummy chocolate browniee we’re… waiting for us. The lodge was spacious and immaculately clean, and has everything you’d need.
The hot tub was on ready for us to jump straight in , the bed was massive and comfy, the location is perfect and quiet.
Enjoyed our morning visits from the hens , one even jumped in the boot of our car !!
Already looking at rebooking !!
Only down side was the 5pm check in and 9am

What a gem of a place just so peaceful. Stayed in a snug hut which was just perfect and the bonus of having your own shower and toilet. The breakfast welcome pack is the best we have had. The location is perfect on the edge of a small village which is beautiful and only a short walk to the pub. If you are looking for something small and peaceful in Yorkshire then this is the place for you I would definitely recommend it

We have been coming to Wolds Edge for at least 7 years now and will be there again next year, all things being equal, so obviously we like it a lot. We’ve stayed in three different lodges and the have all been wonderful. The lodges are well separated from each other making the site quiet and peaceful. The staff are excellent, very friendly and most obliging and respond promptly should any concerns arise. Wolds Edge is located at edge of a small village which has a well-stocked community shop and a very pleasant pub, with the market town of Pocklington only 4 miles distant. It is an ideal base

Wow, what a weekend. After staying at the wonderful Honeydale Lodge, all I can think of is "when can we go back". Everything was perfect, from the lodge itself, to the location. Steve and Ruth are both friendly and lovely. We will be returning!

Feel so lucky to have come across Wolds Edge Holiday Lodges searching for a staycation! We (7 of us) stayed in Deepdale and Rabbitdale, 2 fantastic lodges- spacious and spotless! Ruth was fantastic to liaise with, pre and post our holiday and Ste was an excellent help on site. Biking was great fun (the hilly shortcut to Millington thru Givendale is not for novices, mind. Stick to Google maps cycle route) and the cakes and coffee at The Ramblers Rest were out of this world!
All in all, a wonderful wonderful find for us- we hope to return for sure! Thanks Ruth n Ste.

Little touches mean a lot, the welcome sign at the door was a lovely start. Love the decor and colour scheme in lillydale. Underfloor heating, frosted window and massive bed. how would I improve, although there… are 2 wash basins, a little hand basin in toilet cubicle would be ideal. great place to stay for peace and quiet or for walkers and cyclists

Well, I cant praise Wolds Edge enough. Recommended by a friend we booked the Treehouse as a last minute trip having had our ski holiday cancelled, due to covid we had to re-arrange a further 2 times but the owners Ruth and Ste were great and really accommodating. Treehouse is spectacular, very private and ideal for a couples romantic get away from it all break, the hot tub is nestled in a corner with screens on 3 sides, perfect for soaking up the fading light and listening to the wildlife at dusk. Inside the accommodation is to notch, just enough space for 2 and done to a very high standard. The

Shush, don't tell anyone about Wolds Edge. It's a tiny lodge park in a tiny village. It's peaceful. If you want to party, don't bother with it. If you want peace, fresh air and to talk to the chickens then this is your place. We had Honeydale which is adult, romantic and intimate. Hot tub is lovely. Ensure you know your partner well as the intimacy extends to a double ended bath and shower in the bedroom. We loved it as we love to chat in the bath and spend slow time with each other. Normal life is so fast and here it slows down. Under floor heat mat and privacy glass were nice touches. Lovely
